Become a Real Estate Agent
To become a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate agent, you must;
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Complete 75 hours of real estate education with passing grades on the course exams.
Upon the completion of the Pre-Licensing courses, a State and National licensing exam is required to be passed with a 75% or higher.
Younger Realty Group is committed to getting you there, faster!
We not only introduce you to the varying education providers available in the state of Pennsylvania, but we can also help you register for classes, be a resource to offer guidance throughout the classes and provide support and additional direction, once you’re finished.
When a student completes the Pre-Licensing education, we offer one-on-one meetings to discuss what to expect and provide advice on how to prepare for the State and National licensing exams, at no obligation or cost to you.
We at Younger Realty Group, want to elevate the industry standards and offer help throughout the licensing process to ensure you’re feeling comfortable and confident when starting on your new career path!
Now that you’re licensed and ready…
Once you’ve passed the State and National licensing exams, the state requires licensees to affiliate with a Real Estate Brokerage to begin representing consumers with their home buying and/or selling.
At Younger Realty Group, we offer a world-class training program that includes one-one-one and group training with a mentor, specifically assigned to help you get your real estate career up and running as soon as possible.
Sound too good to be true?
